Terms of Service
BeautyX Shipping :- Once you have placed an order, your order will be processed in the next 1-2 business days. We will send your tracking number right before your order gets shipped out of our shipping facility. Please check estimated shipping schedule for delivery time estimates on your order.
- Please note that a signature may be required for delivery. We recommend shipping to your place of work as your order will only be delivered during week days excluding holidays.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable packages or refused packages, unless we made an error in shipment.
- customer is responsible for providing secure / safe shipping location.
- Orders may not be canceled once submitted to eCRATER, and BeautyX will not be able to refund any purchase from the time your order is placed until you have received the product. Should you want to return the merchandise, please refer to the Returns and Refunds policy.
- We will use the US Postal Service to ship to, US Protectorates, Alaska & Hawaii.
- You may contact our customer service department during Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m E.S.T.

BeautyX Refund or Exchange policy :
1. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Merchandise must be in original condition With Its Original Box and Unused. Return merchandise Without Original Box, Return Is Not Acceptable.
2. Upon receipt, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.
3. You must pay the shipping costs on your return.
4. As fore mentioned, BeautyX cannot exchange any products that have been opened or showing any signs of use, therefore please be very careful about handling items that you wish to exchange. In addition, opened gift sets or special orders may not be accepted for exchange.
5. If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim. USPS will need to inspect the package before they will issue any credit for products damaged in shipment.
